How do I get the programme on my workstation?
As you begin downloading a dogsports-online programme, the Media Player
starts as well. The progress of the downloading is monitored in the bottom panel of the Media Player window. When
the downloading is almost complete, the Media Player will start to show the programme on the screen. The downloading
process will continue on the background. Even if you can get the whole programme on your screen do not terminate

Windows Media Player will not automatically save the dogsports-online programme in its Media Library. If you view
the program without saving it to Media Player Library, the video clip appears to be vanished. If this occurs, you

How do I save the programme I have downloaded?
While using the programme, choose "Add to Library" from the
File menu of Windows Media Player and select "Add currently playing track" from the sub-menu.
After this, you can view the programme again whenever you want. To view it again, click "Media Library"
button on the left, and select "Video" and "All Clips".
HELP! I have somehow lost the programme I have downloaded. Must I
download it again?
If you forgot to save the programme in the Media Player Library, it appears to have vanished when you start the
Media Player again. However, the programme can be relocated on your computer.
Do the following:
Select FIND from the Start menu and then "Files or Folders" from the sub-menu. Write in the space for
searching files *.asf("star", "period" and the letters "asf"). From Location, Select
"Local hard drives", or, if there is no such thing available, select C-drive.
Finally, click "Find now". In a moment, you will be able to view all windows.media clips on the right
side of the window. Double-click on the name of the clip You think might be the lost one. The programme will start
and you will see whether it is the right one.
Be sure to save the programme in the library according to the instructions above!
How long will it take to download dogsports-online video clips?
If you have downloaded payware or freeware from the Internet previously, you already know that downloading the
programmes may take a while. Once you have downloaded them on your computer, you can access them whenever you want.
This holds true also for downloading dogsports-online programmes from the Internet and viewing them while off-line.
